MY NAME IS ANGELA
My main goal in life is to help adults get into the best shape of their life in body, mind and spirit. Life’s not about yo-yo diets, burning fat, building muscle or practicing yoga everyday (although I do recommend it), life is about finding your passion, doing what fuels you and most importantly, being healthy and happy.
That looks like something different to everybody.
One thing I’ve learned is that everybody is on their own journey, and in the end, it’s a race against time, but it’s only with ourselves so be kind. Rather than compare or compete, what if just supported one another to be the best that we can be, what if we all just aligned?
I created this website which shares my work such as meditations, yoga and fitness programs and services which I’ve created to help you live more consciously. to function better in your body, to vibrate higher and make you feel fantastic AF.

When I'm not busy with Kindred Kitchens, I am focused on my Holistic Health practices which include Yoga, Meditation and Integrative Nutrition mixed in with whipping up delicious vegan recipes and of course, eating. Whenever I can, I'm off experiencing and exploring new places with new and familiar faces.
My personal, professional and spiritual growth due to my extensive travels to 34 countries around the world. My adventures were my greatest teachers and the inspiration behind who I am today.
Some of my qualifications include 300 hours of Yoga Teaching Certifications (yoga on the mat & aerial yoga), Reiki Master, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Vegan Chef training and years of teaching and training. I draw on my diverse background to provide creative, holistic & healing services that are a truly unique opportunity for learning and transformation.
I have some upcoming retreats that may interest you. Some local ones that focus on wellbeing and weight-loss and in 2021, after boarders have opened up I will be hosting a yoga & fitness retreat through Group Travel Fitness.
